Notes: An accessible boardwalk leads to a viewing platform above a Darlingtonia (pitcher plant) fen. It's worth a quick stop, especially later in the season when the leopard lilies and bog asphodel are blooming, but there will be plenty more fens as you make your way up T.J. Howell Botanical Drive.

Peak wildflower bloom at Eight Dollar Mountain Botanical Wayside is typically from early April through May into mid-June, but there may be some flowers blooming from early March until early July.*
